1) After washing your face, in dry conditions, peel off the film and attach the patch to the desired area. (Do not use lotion or cream, etc.) 2) Leave it on for about 8 to 12 hours. It is even better if you apply it while sleeping. 3) After time has elapsed, remove the patch.
