We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@botaone.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

You can always contact us for any return question at hello@botaone.com. However, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Damages/ Wrong/ Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged, missing or if you receive the wrong item and prepare the following information before you make a request to our customer service, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

  • Order Number
  • Pictures of Opened Package
  • Pictures of Damaged/Wrong Item

Once your request is accepted, we will immediately send the correct item to your address.

Returned Items

Unclaimed packages due to absence of addressee/wrong or insufficient address, will not be refunded. Please double check your zip codes and detailed addresses before the checkout.

Exceptions/ Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:  

  • Any item reported more than 14 days after the delivery date  
  • Any item that shows signs of use  
  • Any item that has been intentionally damaged  
  • Any item returned without prior notice or after a return request has been denied by our customer service.
  • Items on sale and gift cards
  • Change of mind

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@botaone.com

Please be aware that coupon discounts, as well as shipping and handling fees, are non-refundable. All replacement items will be sent back to you via Standard Shipping service. We strive to assist with return requests to the best of our ability. However, in cases of frequent returns or suspected misuse of our policies, our decision on return requests will be final.
